To a Panamanian, there is no better way to spend an evening than to squish into an SUV, park on the sidewalk, and order bottle service in Figali’s VIP area. These events are often built up by Panamanians telling their friends that they have secured VIP tickets and while no one ever really knows the guy who got them, Panamanians have no problem seizing opportunities when they present themselves.
